Our President, Dwight R. Rivera Martínez graduated from the University of Puerto Rico – Mayaguez Campus with a major in Mechanical Engineering. His professional experience encompass the areas of Validation, Engineering, Regulatory & Compliance and Quality Assurance in the Oral Solid Dosage, Semi-solids, Parenteral Manufacturing and Medical Device technologies. Through the years in the industry, Mr. Rivera has had leading roles in local and international consulting projects where he has developed expertise in areas such as Life Cycle Approach to Process Validation, Process Equipment, Process Related Investigations, CAPA, Enhanced Commissioning and Qualification, Process Validation and Supervision. Looking to extend his expertise and technical knowledge; Mr. Rivera launched Exceed as a platform that integrates a portfolio of services adhered to our clients G&O’s, focusing on our client’s success while conserving our core values to impact the quality of life of our customers and the community that surrounds us.
